I’ve litigatied criminal cases at trial and on appeal ranging from jaywalking to death penalty litigation for fifteen years. My trial experience includes over one-hundred and forty criminal trials; over fifty of which were before a jury. My appellate experience includes over thirty appeals; again ranging from minor misdemeanors to capital murder. I have also handled an extensive number of Petitions for Post-Conviction Relief, Petitions for Review, and Special Actions in Arizona Appellate Courts.
I currently accept cases involving criminal charges arising in Coconino County, as well as accept appellate and post-conviction litigation arising throughout all Arizona state courts. However, I am not currently accepting federal appeals or federal petitions for habeas corpus or other federal post-conviction relief.
